Independence With Care welcomes Emma Kemp and The Crossroad Group

Independence With Care is excited to welcome experienced Registered Manager Emma Kemp and The Crossroad Group. We wish to thank Jon and April Gwynn for their welcome and support with the handover. We also wish to thank Jon and April for their dedicated service to the Individuals and staff team and on behalf of everyone at The Crossroad Group and Independence With Care wishes them both a happy retirement.

Independence with Care is a local service

Emma will be supported by the experienced leadership team at Independence With Care. Our dedicated team of Support Workers will continue to provide excellent care and support to the Individuals we support.

We are staffed 24 hours a day…

by Managers and Support Workers with staff sleeping in on both home sites at night. Our staff are there to help in any situation.
